Hey there! I'm Chaitanya Bhutani, the founder of Frommind2muscle and your fellow Coach. But most importantly, I have also been a working professional.

I can understand how difficult it might be for someone to focus on their health and fitness, along with managing their jobs/business. 

I try to make things super easy for you by using simple concepts such as "using the next best option", taking "baby steps" (to name a few) to help you incorporate fitness into your current life, and not the other way round!

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with my experience in Personal Training, Corrective exercise and Nutrition coaching to bring an awesome combination of Health and Fitness + FUN + Sustainability.

We don't really believe in diet plans. Diet plans usually restrict you to a couple of food items for most of the time. You may get results, but are those results sustainable? 
Instead, we help you make small tweaks in your current nutrition for better sustainability and results. We also help you create your own nutrition palette to help you make better decisions for a healthy life.
